Greetings! Welcome to Le Château De Pierre. I am so excited to participate in the infamous ONE ROOM CHALLENGE. Fall has arrived, and I am looking for a project to stretch my design muscles. Here is the design brief. I am modernizing my Main Bathroom, which was constructed in 2004. It’s time to upgrade these builder-grade fixtures, bath fitter surround, and oak laminate cabinetry.
Project Brief
- Create a Modern Oasis with a compelling color palette.
- Consider honest materials to authenticate the design
- Find storage solutions in a narrow bathroom.
The Design Plan
My goal for this project is to create a very modern aesthetic. While drafting this floor plan, I envisioned a HONEST material palette, specifically using tile, bathroom fixtures, and shower glass as my primary design focus. As for decor, it will be very minimal, with just a few framed pictures and your bare bathroom essentials, i.e., towels, soap containers, and a floral arrangement. See my inspiration photos below.
