Project Information
Located in Buckhead’s Kingswood neighborhood, the circa-1961 residence, initially designed by the famed Atlanta classical architect James Means, underwent an extraordinary transformation. The design teams skillfully reimagined and expanded the historic core. The Program includes the family room, a master wing with a bedroom, bathroom, sitting room, and his-and-hers closets, and a porch wing featuring an infinity-edge pool. Practical upgrades include an upstairs laundry, a three-car garage, and a terrace level boasting a wine cellar, tasting room, exercise room, and game room. This architectural gem has evolved into a contemporary masterpiece.
